GRAN JORNADA DE VACUNACIÓN CONTRA LA COVID -19 PARA LAS PERSONAS REZAGADOS DE 12 A MÁS Y ADULTOS MAYORES DE 60 AÑOS

Deán Valdivia 29 noviembre 2021.- Gran jornada de vacunación contra la covid-19 para las personas REZAGADOS de 12 años a más para su PRIMERA ó SEGUNDA DOSIS según corresponda y TERCERA DOSIS para los adultos mayores de 60 años que hayan cumplido 5 meses ó 150 días después de su segunda dosis, día martes 30 de Noviembre en el Estadio de la I.E. Francisco López de Romaña de la Curva desde las 08:00 a.m. hasta las 04:00 p.m.

Se recomienda asistir con:

- Doble mascarilla y protector facial

- Guardar el distanciamiento social

- Contar con su respectivo DNI

- Estar sano

- Tener su carnet de vacunación (segunda dosis)

- Los menores de edad estar acompañados por su papá, mamá ó apoderado (con carta poder).
