03 julio 2025.- El Ministerio de la Producción (Produce) ha dispuesto la suspensión de la pesca de pota (calamar gigante) desde las 00:00 horas desde 30 de junio de 2025, mediante la Resolución Directoral N.º 00112-2025-PRODUCE/DGSFS-PA.

PRODUCE DISPONE LA SUSPENSIÓN DE LA PESCA DE POTA (CALAMAR GIGANTE)

La medida responde a la gran concentración del recurso cerca de la costa y al alto número de desembarques registrados en las últimas semanas.

Solo podrán desembarcar aquellas embarcaciones con autorización de zarpe emitida antes del cierre.

“Cuidar la pota es cuidar el sustento de miles de familias peruanas”, indicó el viceministro Jesús Barrientos.
