Mollendo 09 febrero 2022.- Luego de las reuniones que tuvieran hinchas y dirigentes así como el acercamiento con los jugadores, es que el Club Primero de Mayo confirma la participación en el campeonato de la Copa Perú en su etapa distrital.

El apoyo de los hinchas, simpatizantes, dirigentes y ex dirigentes es fundamental, cada uno de ellos aportará con un granito de arena para sacar adelante este campeonato y los jugadores también se han sumado a este propósito.

La directiva ha enviado un oficio a la Municipalidad Distrital de Islay, solicitado el uso del campo para este sábado 12 de febrero desde las 3:30 a 5:30 para realizar las pruebas y evaluar las habilidades y aptitudes deportivas de los jóvenes del distrito, esperando contar con una respuesta positiva por parte del municipio.

Para ello es que hacen la invitación a jugadores sub 20 que deseen integrarse al club Primero de Mayo, y estén atentos a la confirmación de la fecha de las evaluaciones.

Con esta confirmación hasta el momento son cinco los equipos que ya anotaron sus nombres para participar en la temporada 2022.
