Arequipa 13 diciembre 2021.- El Hospital Regional Honorio Delgado informa a sus usuarios que para hacer efectiva la cobertura del Seguro Integral de Salud (SIS).

EL HOSPITAL HONORIO DELGADO INFORMA: "REQUISITOS PARA LA ATENCIÓN CON SIS"

Arequipa 13 diciembre 2021.- El Hospital Regional Honorio Delgado informa a sus usuarios que para hacer efectiva la cobertura del Seguro Integral de Salud (SIS) en las diferentes atenciones, es necesaria la referencia de un establecimiento de salud del Ministerio de Salud (MINSA) más copia del DNI; este requisito también se aplica para los usuarios que llegan desde otras regiones.

Precisamos que la atención por el servicio de Emergencia a través del SIS no requiere referencia, sin embargo para los controles posteriores es requisito que los usuarios sean referidos por un centro de salud.

Estos procedimientos son obligatorios para que se pueda activar la cobertura del SIS sin ello, los usuarios deberán asumir la atención como una consulta particular.
