JORNADA DE VACUNACIÓN CONTRA LA COVID - 19 PARA LAS PERSONAS REZAGADOS DE 12 AÑOS A MÁS EN LA CURVA

Deán Valdivia 10 diciembre 2021.- Jornada de vacunación contra la COVID - 19 para todas las personas REZAGADOS (personas que no recibieron su vacuna en la fecha indicada) DE 12 AÑOS A MÁS PRIMERA, SEGUNDA dosis según corresponda.

Asimismo, se vacunara la TERCERA DOSIS (refuerzo para las personas que cumplan 150 días de su segunda dosis), día DOMINGO 12 de diciembre en el Estadio de la I.E. Francisco López de Romaña en la Curva, desde las 08:00 a.m. hasta las 04:00 p.m.

Se recomienda asistir con:

- Doble mascarilla y protector facial

- Guardar el distanciamiento social

- Contar con su respectivo DNI

- Estar sano

- Tener su carnet de vacunación (para los de segunda ó tercera dosis)

- Estar acompañado por su papá, mamá o apoderado (con carta poder).
