Arequipa 06 septiembre 2021.- Reniec lanzó una campaña que culmina el 10 de setiembre.

La jefa de la Oficina de Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil (Reniec) en Arequipa, Mabel Ramírez, informó que los ciudadanos pueden actualizar sus datos del documento de identidad vía online antes del cierre del padrón electoral, el próximo 2 de octubre.

Mediante la campaña El padrón lo hacemos todos, los usuarios podrán actualizar fotos, cambiar dirección, reportar el deceso de familiares, entre otras modificaciones. El procedimiento gratuito inició el 1 y culmina el 10 de setiembre. Este padrón se usará para las Elecciones Regionales y Municipales 2022.

Hay prórroga de vigencia del DNI

Por otro lado, Ramírez informó que se ha dispuesto mediante Resolución Jefatural N° 000160-2021, la prorrogar de la vigencia del DNI que ha caducado o esté por caducar, hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2021.

Pidió a las instituciones respetar los trámites administrativos, judiciales y de otros tipos donde se requiera el documento. Además, exhortó a la población no esperar los últimos meses de esta ampliación para renovar.
