Mollendo 18 mayo 2021.- Recuerda el día de mañana 19 DE MAYO, inicia la vacunación contra la COVID -19 para adultos mayores de 70 años a más, que residan en el distrito de MOLLENDO según DNI (padrón RENIEC).

La vacunación será de 8:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m. Requisitos:

RESIDIR en el distrito.

Portar DNI.

Estar sano.

 Usar doble mascarilla y protector facial.

 Ir acompañado de un familiar.

No olvides consultar el aplicativo PONGO EL HOMBRO, para conocer el lugar, hora y día de la vacunación.

Las personas que residan en el distrito de otras  provincias y regiones deberán registrarse en el punto de vacunación para ser programados. Asimismo los adultos mayores que por alguna discapacidad no puedan salir de sus casas deberán ser registrados por algún familiar en el punto de vacunación para su inmunización.
