ESSALUD REQUIERE 300 PROFESIONALES PARA MEJORAR ATENCIÓN DE ASEGURADOS

Arequipa 11 agosto 2019.- EsSalud necesita 300 profesionales para mejorar la atención de los más de 100 mil asegurados que se atienden en los diferentes establecimientos.

Según el gerente encargado de la entidad, Yuri Vilca Rojas, a la fecha existe un brecha por cerrar en especialidades como médicos, enfermeras, personal asistencial y administrativo, que permitiría administrar mejor la salud del asegurado.

“Deficiencias existen muchas, nosotros estamos trabajando permanentemente para brindar un buen servicio, deficiencias tenemos en infraestructura y el factor humano pero a pesar de las dificultados nosotros seguimos adelante, este es un problema que se presenta a nivel nacional”, indicó Yuri Ramos.

Según el gerente de EsSalud, el requerimiento ya fue realizado a la sede central en Lima con la finalidad de contar con este personal lo más antes.
