Arequipa 20 abril 2021.- Durante la última semana, el Hospital Regional Honorio Delgado dio de alta a 74 personas que superaron cuadros graves COVID - 19 en nuestras instalaciones.

Arequipa 20 abril 2021.- Durante la última semana, el Hospital Regional Honorio Delgado dio de alta a 74 personas que superaron cuadros graves COVID - 19 en nuestras instalaciones.

Con la ayuda del personal asistencial los enfermos que requerían constante atención de oxígeno medicinal pudieron reunirse con sus familiares tras permanecer en promedio 20 días en las áreas de hospitalización.

Los pacientes demostraron su agradecimiento a los trabajadores de la salud que los ayudan en su recuperación y que organizaron algunos detalles para mejorar su ánimo durante su estadía; en especial, al Departamento de Enfermería.

Aunque el número de personas que vencieron la enfermedad es alentador; hace cinco semanas que la cantidad de atenciones va en alza suponiendo un riesgo para la capacidad de nuestra institución de continuar así.

Por tal motivo, el Hospital Regional Honorio Delgado insiste a la población arequipeña a resguardarse de la enfermedad cumpliendo con responsabilidad el distanciamiento social, uso correcto de la mascarilla, lavado de manos y la no concurrencia a lugares con aglomeración de personas. Solo así podremos evitar que el sistema público de salud colapse.
