21 marzo 2021.- Sistema del Minedu aún no cierra el proceso de matrícula del 2020 y genera dificultades en proceso del 2021.

Al menos el 75% de los 260 mil 718 escolares de instituciones públicas de la región Arequipa se conectaron el 15 de marzo para el inicio de las labores escolares. El director de Gestión Pedagógica de la Gerencia Regional de Educación, Wilber Gómez, informó que esta semana tendrán una información más real para saber el porcentaje de alumnos conectados y no conectados.

Después de un año con la educación a distancia, en esta semana también se tendrá el reporte de las zonas que no cuentan con servicio de radio, tv o internet y si estas son las mismas del año pasado.

De acuerdo al reporte que se hizo al Ministerio de Educación, Islay es la provincia donde el 96% de escolares participaron en el primer día de labores, mientras que la asistencia virtual de los profesores fue al 100%.

En la UGEL AREQUIPA Norte, la conexión de los escolares fue al 82%, en la UGEL Arequipa SUR fue del 79%, en Camaná en 80%, Caravelí 75%.

La Unión y Caylloma son la UGEL con menos alumnos conectados con 50% y 51%, respectivamente. Gómez indicó que el problema es que los padres aún mantienen la costumbre de asistir a las labores escolares, después de dos o más semanas del inicio escolar.
