GOBIERNO SUSPENDE EL USO DE PLAYAS Y RIBERA DE RÍOS EN DIEZ REGIONES DEL PAÍS :

30 enero 2021.- El Gobierno suspendió el uso de las playas, así como la ribera de ríos, lagos y lagunas en las regiones de Ica, Arequipa, Moquegua, Tacna, Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash y Lima, además de la provincia constitucional del Callao.

Esta medida se dio a través del Decreto Supremo N.° 008-2021-PCM publicado hoy, 27 de enero, en el boletín de Normas Legales del Diario Oficial El Peruano y que prorroga el estado de emergencia nacional por las graves circunstancias que afectan la vida de la Nación a consecuencia de la COVID-19. Asimismo, modifica el Decreto supremo N.° 184-2020-PCM, el Decreto supremo N.° 201-2020-PCM, el Decreto supremo N.° 002-2021-PCM y el Decreto supremo N.° 004-2021-PCM.

La restricción incluye a regiones consideradas en el nivel de riesgo extremo: como Áncash, Lima, Ica y la provincia constitucional del Callao; a los que figuran en nivel de riesgo muy alto: Tumbes, Arequipa, Moquegua y Tacna; y los que se encuentran en el nivel de riesgo alto: Piura, Lambayeque y La Libertad.

Finalmente, dicha medida estará vigente del 1 al 14 de febrero, aunque diversos alcaldes solicitaron que esta restricción se prorrogue hasta semana santa.
