06 junio 2020.- La Gerencia Regional de Salud de Arequipa contabilizó este sábado 6 de junio la cifra de 4 mil 570 casos positivos de coronavirus.

06 junio 2020.- La Gerencia Regional de Salud de Arequipa contabilizó este sábado 6 de junio la cifra de 4 mil 570 casos positivos de coronavirus. El personal de salud detectó 227 casos nuevos que se han producido en las últimas 24 horas.

Respecto al número de fallecidos relacionados a la pandemia, la Geresa dio a conocer de una nueva víctima mortal; las muertes registradas suman 84 hasta la fecha.

Asimismo, se ha reportado un incremento de pacientes hospitalizados en los nosocomios Honorio Delgado y Carlos Alberto Seguín Escobedo de Essalud. Hasta este sábado se contabilizaron 209 pacientes, de los cuales 51 se encuentran internados en las Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos (UCIs). Esta última cifra significa que se ha incrementado la capacidad de camas UCI, ya que el tope de camas se había establecido en 44. Asimismo se contabilizan las camas de clínicas ocupadas por pacientes Covid.

La Gerencia Regional de Salud también ha informado que mil 862 pacientes se han recuperado de la enfermedad. Entre ellos, pacientes que habían estado en UCI.

A la fecha, se ha procesado 84 mil 818 muestras de igual número de personas en Arequipa. De todos ellos, 80 mil 206 pruebas salieron negativas.
