Arequipa 05 febrero 2026.- La población del cono norte de Arequipa no esperará más por una atención médica digna y de calidad. Gracias a la gestión del gobernador regional de Arequipa, Dr. Rohel Sánchez Sánchez, se reiniciarán los trabajos para culminar la construcción del hospital Maritza Campos, ubicado en el distrito de Cerro Colorado, obra que permaneció paralizada desde gestiones regionales anteriores.

El Gobierno Regional de Arequipa, el 4 de febrero, otorgó la buena pro al Consorcio Ejecutor Maritza Campos, el cual deberá cumplir con los requisitos administrativos correspondientes como la presentación de la garantía de fiel cumplimiento, la autorización de retención, entre otros para proceder con la suscripción del contrato. De acuerdo al cronograma establecido, los trabajos se iniciarán a mediados de febrero y se prevé su culminación dentro de la actual gestión regional.

Este moderno establecimiento de salud beneficiará directamente a más de 400 mil habitantes del cono norte de Arequipa, contribuyendo de manera decisiva al cierre de brechas en infraestructura hospitalaria y atención especializada.
