Mollendo 05 noviembre 2025.- Planteo esta incógnita respecto a la adenda publicada por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones sobre Tisur. Se recuerda que dicha adenda dejaba entrever que el puerto de Islay - Matarani sería nuevamente entregado a Tisur por 30 años más, pero aún faltaba el contrato que oficializara este acuerdo a pedido de la empresa, cuyo primer contrato con el Estado culmina recién en 2029.

Mollendo 05 noviembre 2025.- Planteo esta incógnita respecto a la adenda publicada por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones sobre Tisur. Se recuerda que dicha adenda dejaba entrever que el puerto de Islay - Matarani sería nuevamente entregado a Tisur por 30 años más, pero aún faltaba el contrato que oficializara este acuerdo a pedido de la empresa, cuyo primer contrato con el Estado culmina recién en 2029. Sin embargo, el fujimorismo que sigue gobernando habría adelantado todo para que este contrato se firme este año. Y, como novedad, debo decirles que este jueves 6 sería la firma del contrato en mención. Según fuentes fidedignas, el propio presidente de la república, José Jerí, estaría en Matarani para suscribir el documento y dar inicio a la anunciada modernización del puerto. Eso es lo que se comenta, pero todo indica que el presidente estaría mañana en Matarani. Por eso pregunto : Todo está Consumado.
