13 agosto 2025.- El Gobierno Regional de Arequipa (GRA), a través de la Gerencia Regional de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, inició reuniones de coordinación con las municipalidades ganadoras del Pasacalle Regional “Cantemos, Bailemos por Arequipa 2025”.

La primera reunión fue encabezada por el gerente regional de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Fernando Isuiza, junto a su equipo técnico de la Unidad Formuladora y la Unidad Ejecutora. Participaron los alcaldes y representantes de las municipalidades de Alca, Cabanaconde, Cayarani y del centro poblado de Jachaña (provincia de Caylloma).

Durante el encuentro, se revisó el avance de los expedientes técnicos de las obras propuestas para ser financiadas con los fondos obtenidos en el concurso.

Los representantes de Alca se comprometieron en enviar el expediente técnico para la mejora de la Plaza Cahuana. Jachaña, en coordinación con la municipalidad distrital de Caylloma, remitirá el expediente del Salón de Usos Múltiples (SUM) y Cayarani presentará el proyecto de la primera etapa del estadio.

Los montos asignados para cada localidad son: Cayarani: S/ 2 millones, Alca: S/ 1 millón, Jachaña: S/ 500 mil, Cabanaconde: S/ 300 mil y Cocachacra: S/ 200 mil. Estos recursos se destinarán a proyectos de inversión pública social o de infraestructura que mejoren la calidad de vida de sus pobladores.

El gerente regional destacó que el proceso se llevará a cabo con transparencia y celeridad. “Como Gobierno Regional brindaremos todo el apoyo necesario para que los recursos lleguen a tiempo y las obras beneficien a la población”, afirmó.
