POSTERGAN ADJUDICACIÓN DEL PROYECTO DE RESTAURACIÓN DEL CASTILLO FORGA

09 julio 2025.- La entrega de la buena pro para la restauración del Castillo Forga ha sido oficialmente reprogramada por el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (Mincetur), a través de su unidad ejecutora Plan Copesco. Según lo publicado en el Sistema Electrónico de Contrataciones del Estado (Seace), la nueva fecha de adjudicación será el próximo 14 de julio, una semana después de lo inicialmente previsto.

El proceso de licitación se inició el pasado 3 de junio y contemplaba, según el cronograma original, la adjudicación de la obra para el 7 de julio. Sin embargo, ajustes en el registro de participantes y en la etapa de consultas y observaciones motivaron la modificación del calendario.

De acuerdo con el nuevo cronograma oficial, la presentación de propuestas electrónicas se realizará el 9 de julio, mientras que la evaluación de las mismas se llevará a cabo entre el 10 y el 14 de julio, día en que se concretará la adjudicación.

El proyecto está valorizado en más de 25 millones de soles y contempla un plazo de ejecución de 19 meses. La obra tiene como objetivo la recuperación integral del valor arquitectónico y patrimonial del Castillo Forga, considerado uno de los inmuebles más emblemáticos del puerto de Mollendo, pero que ha permanecido en estado de abandono durante varias décadas.

Actualmente, seis postores continúan en competencia dentro del proceso de selección, conforme a la información disponible en la plataforma Seace.
