13 marzo 2025.- El Gobierno Regional de Arequipa generó una mesa de diálogo con el gremio de Construcción Civil, para llegar a consensos en bien del desarrollo de la región Arequipa.

 

CONSTRUCCIÓN CIVIL LEVANTA SU PARO INDEFINIDO

13 marzo 2025.- El Gobierno Regional de Arequipa generó una mesa de diálogo con el gremio de Construcción Civil, para llegar a consensos en bien del desarrollo de la región Arequipa.

Los 12 representantes del Sindicato de Trabajadores en Construcción Civil de Arequipa sostuvieron la noche del miércoles 12 una mesa de diálogo con funcionarios del Gobierno Regional de Arequipa, acordando que las obras paralizadas serán reiniciadas conforme al tratamiento de observaciones técnicas - financieras y del factor climatológico.

Asimismo, que el control del rendimiento de la mano de obra, según el expediente técnico, será controlado por parte del Gobierno Regional de Arequipa para el avance de las obras.

En la reunión que duró alrededor de 3 horas y donde estuvieron el gerente general regional, el gerente regional de Infraestructura, la gerenta regional de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, el jefe de Diálogo y Gobernanza así como de jefes de las oficinas de Administración, Recursos Humanos, Asesoría Legal y Presupuesto, se suscribió que la Gerencia Regional de Infraestructura atenderá a cada comité provincial de construcción civil por separado y que el sindicato de construcción civil se compromete a realizar la fiscalización de la prestación de servicios de sus afiliados en las obras ejecutadas por el Gobierno Regional de Arequipa.

Se levanta el paro indefinido de construcción civil a las 22:27h, firmando los presentes.
