Arequipa 18 octubre 2019.- Debido a intensa nevada que se registró en la madrugada de hoy cientos de camiones. omnibuses y vehículos menores, se encuentran varados en los sectores de Espinar y Condoroma de la carretera Cusco a Arequipa, habiendo empezado ya los trabajos de limpieza hace una hora, para permitir el tránsito normal por parte de los pasajeros de cada unidad de transporte.

Luis Condori, chofer del camión que llevaba abarrotes y otros productor sostuvo, luego de estar varado por dos horas, que el personal del sector del Ministerio de Transportes, debe ser más eficiente y en mayor número deben de participar de este trabajo de limpieza, sobre todo prevenir, sabiendo por Senhami que este fenómeno ya se había anunciado. 

Mientras tanto el tránsito se está normalizando y se espera que hoy este fenómeno no se repita, pero Senhami pronostica lo contrario.
